Payment Options
Darling Juniper accepts PayPal and credit card payments (processed via PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method). Afterpay can also be selected and used in the checkout.
Delivery & Shipping
All orders are shipped by Australia post
Orders take approximately 3 business days from payment to shipping. Postage time depends on Australia Post’s current demand. If you have not received your order within 14 days you should contact us at
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we have reviewed the faulty item. In order for an item to be classed as faulty, it must be deemed unusable.
Should you make an error with your order please ensure you contact us immediately.
Product Availability
We do our best to ensure all items are in stock at all times however due to unforseen circumstance a product may become unavailable if this happens the product will appear as SOLD OUT and you will be unable to purchase it, if you are after a specific item and wish to be notified when it becomes available again please email me at cheryl@darlingjuniper.com.au and I will do my best to notify you when it becomes available.
